Joyful Beginnings

I am a mom of four and a brand new grandma with a heart full of passion for supporting new moms and their babies. As a DONA certified postpartum doula, I created Joyful Beginnings to walk alongside families in those tender early weeks- offering nurturing, evidence-based support that helps moms feel confident, cared for, and never alone. From folding tiny laundry to prepping nourishing snacks to soothing fussy babies, tidying up, and making sure moms stay hydrated- I am there for the little things that made a big difference. I offer emotional reassurance, newborn care guidance, and a calm, caring presence when families need it most. I believe every mother deserves to be held as she learns to hold her baby - and I am honored to provide the care and nurturing through her fourth trimester.
