Prenatal yoga is suitable for all trimesters and focuses on empowering women for the marathon of birth. Prenatal yoga can help strengthen the pelvic floor, ease back pain, improve circulation, help with positioning of baby in the pelvis and provide tools to help calm the body and mind. This is a 45 minute online yoga practice that includes a daily affirmation. The first 10 minutes is for check-in ,chat and connection, following by 10 min of warm up, 15 min of movement and last 10 min for relaxation and connection with your baby. This live streaming class is FREE will takes place on September 26, at 6:00 pm MT Instructions and Zoom link for joining will be in the confirmation email. All levels are welcome.
