In the Family Way Doula Services

I became a doula after having a few very different births of my own — each one beautiful, each one a little chaotic, and each one teaching me how much it matters to have someone steady in the room. Someone who listens. Someone who helps you feel safe when everything feels big and unpredictable.

Those experiences stuck with me, so I followed that pull. I trained as a certified birth and postpartum doula, became a lactation specialist, and learned newborn care because I wanted to support families with both heart and real knowledge. The passion came first, but I wanted the skills to match it.

I care deeply about women who feel unheard, unsure, or overwhelmed — because I’ve been there. Birth and postpartum are huge chapters, and no one should have to figure them out alone.
