At Happy Mother Doula, I believe that when a baby is born, a mother is born, too and she deserves just as much care and 'mothering' as her newborn.
I bring a unique, three-tiered approach to your home: Expert Physical Care, Practical Logistics, and Professional Emotional Support. As a DONA-certified doula and a PMH-C (Perinatal Mental Health Certified) professional, I specialize in the 'emotional architecture' of the fourth trimester. My goal is to be your safety net.. helping you navigate the spectrum of postpartum emotions while ensuring you are fed, rested, and confident.
Whether we are processing your birth story, optimizing your daytime rhythm, or simply ensuring you get a hot shower and a nutritious meal, I am there to hold the space so you can thrive, not just survive.
