Overnight Postpartum Doula Support

This package includes continuous phone support throughout the weeks leading up to your birth, prenatal visits to plan and prepare, birth plan building, and in-person labor support. During labor, I provide continuous emotional and physical support. My goal is to help you feel grounded and safe throughout your labor. Whether you're laboring at home, a birthing center, or in a hospital, I offer comfort techniques like counter-pressure, breathing guidance, and position suggestions to encourage progress and ease discomfort. I also help create a calm, supportive environment, and work alongside your partner and care team to ensure you feel heard and supported every step of the way. My goal is to walk with you through labor with steady, compassionate presence—no matter how your birth unfolds.

During the postpartum period, I provide nurturing, non-judgmental support during the tender weeks after birth. My role is to help ease your transition into life with a newborn—offering guidance with infant care, emotional support, and help around the home so you can rest and recover. Whether it's preparing a meal, helping with baby-wearing or feeding, or simply being a calm presence to talk things through, I’m here to support you as you find your rhythm and confidence in this new chapter.

Birth Planning or Prenatal Visit - During a birth planning consultation, we'll discuss all the options you'll have during labor and decide what your preferences are. I'll assist you with putting together a clear and concise birth plan that you can provide to your OB/Midwife, and take with you to your birth place! Birth plans allow everyone to be on the same page so you don't have explain what your preferences are as you work through labor. - Prenatal visits are customizable and can include positioning practice, discussing comfort measure options for labor, showing massage techniques, or answering general questions! Prenatal visits are a great way to plan and prepare for your big day.
