Pregnancy Doula - (same as my birth doula offering) I provide evidence-based and compassionate support throughout pregnancy, labor, and birth. My goal is to help you feel grounded, informed, and cared for every step of the way. Here are some examples of the ways I support you as your doula: Physical support: I offer continuous, hands-on support through active labor, birth, and the first few hours postpartum. Using comfort measures guided by your preferences and consent, I create a calm, supportive environment where you feel safe and cared for every step of the way. Emotional support: Every birth carries powerful emotion. I hold space for whatever arises - offering reassurance, calm, and genuine care so you feel steady and supported throughout your experience. Partner support: If you have a partner, I’ll guide and encourage them too, showing them ways to stay involved and connected throughout the experience. Advocacy: I help you navigate your birth environment - whether that’s a hospital, birth center, or home - so your voice is heard and your choices are respected. My goal is to help you feel embodied, empowered, and deeply supported in every decision. Education: I provide evidence-based guidance to answer your questions and support you in exploring your options, so you feel prepared, informed, and confident as you head into birth. What’s Included in the Birth Package? - 2-3 prenatal sessions to help you feel prepared for birth and find comfort during pregnancy - Phone and email support from the moment you hire me - 24/7 on-call support starting at 37 weeks - Early labor phone support - Hands-on support for your birth and the first 2-3 hours postpartum - Notes from your birth experience (and photos, if you’d like) - 1-2 in-home postpartum visits to help you adjust and care for your newborn - One month of phone and email postpartum support - A trusted backup doula to ensure you’re always supported - Virtual support options available if you live outside the area! Birth Package: $1,700. A $500 deposit reserves your due date. Remaining balance due by 38 weeks.

Postpartum Doula Support Packages: The postpartum period is full of change - physically, emotionally, and everything in between. As your postpartum doula, I offer steady, compassionate support so you can rest, recover, and find your rhythm as a new family. My care is flexible and tailored to what you need most, with three package options to choose from. Emotional support: A listening ear and calm presence as you process your birth experience and navigate new parenthood. Rest & Recovery: Gentle, practical help around the home - light meal prep, tidying, baby care, and comfort measures to support your healing and rest. Newborn care guidance: Gentle support with feeding, soothing, sleep, and adjusting to your baby’s rhythms. Family integration: Supporting partners and family members as they adjust to new family dynamics. Resource & Referrals: Evidence-based education and community resources as needed. Whether you need just a few visits or ongoing care, these postpartum packages are designed to meet you where you are. All Postpartum Packages Include: - 1 prenatal visit (1-2 hours) to learn your preferences and plan for your fourth trimester - Personalized in-home visits (4-hour blocks) tailored to your needs - Phone and email support from the moment you hire me All packages include the same level of care - you choose the number of hours that best fits your needs. 16 hour package (4 visits, 4 hours each): $750 total. 32 hour package (8 visits, 4 hours each): $1450 total. 48 hour package (12 visits, 4 hours each): $2100 total. Additional hours: $40/hour (based on availability)
