Gray Wellness and Counseling provides Perinatal Support and Mental Health Counseling to individuals on their journey to growth, self awareness, and positive change. Wherever you are on your journey, I want to provide support in helping you become the best version of you! I love supporting individuals before, during and after pregnancy. You may be trying to conceive, currently pregnant, or going through postpartum transitions. Others may be experiencing infertility, pregnancy loss, or going through the adoption process. The journey to starting a family can be hard and stressful so know you are not alone! Together, we will work to find your inner strengths and identify ways to make a challenging process not feel so lonely!
