Practice
As a dedicated birth and postpartum doula and certified lactation consultant, I offer compassionate, evidence-based support for families throughout pregnancy, labor, and the early postpartum period. My goal is to provide a calm, informed, and empowering environment where families feel heard, supported, and confident in their journey.
Labor Support I offer continuous physical, emotional, and informational support during labor and birth. Whether at home or in the hospital, I assist with comfort measures, positioning, and advocacy to help ensure a positive and respectful birth experience tailored to your needs and preferences.
Postpartum Care My postpartum services focus on nurturing both the birthing person and the baby. I assist with newborn care, recovery support, emotional well-being, sleep guidance, and establishing healthy routines. I specialize in nighttime care to help families rest and recover in the first crucial weeks.
