Led by a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant and newborn care specialist/PostPartum Doula, I create customized sleep plans tailored to your child’s age, temperament, and feeding needs, then coach you step-by-step through bedtime, naps, early mornings, and night wakes. You’ll get clear routines, schedule guidance (wake windows, naps, bedtime), and gentle strategies that build independent sleep while keeping you responsive and confident. Support is practical, judgment-free, and focused on sustainable rest for the whole family.
