It has been my pleasure to support families during pregnancy and birth as a professional doula and educator since 2001.

Whether planning for birth at home, in a birth center, or in a hospital, I walk alongside families during their journey, providing physical comfort, expert insights, respectful advocacy, strategic positioning, and enthusiastic emotional support.

I am passionate about helping in any way that I can to make it the best possible experience, using the skills I have acquired through continuing education and hands-on support with hundreds of families.

My service area includes most of Middle TN -- Greater Nashville, Franklin, Brentwood, Smyrna, Ashland City, Clarksville, Springfield, Hendersonville, etc -- and north into KY -- Fort Campbell, Hopkinsville, Russellville. Most of my clients give birth in Nashville at the Vanderbilt Birth Center or in hospitals including Vanderbilt, St. Thomas Midtown, Centennial Women's, StoneCrest, and NorthCrest.
