Hi, I’m Kaila! I empower women to cultivate birth experiences that leave them feeling strong, capable, and in-awe of themselves.
Too many women are disappointed or even traumatized by their birthing experiences. I help women gain the confidence and support they need to take the lead decision-making role in their births, facilitating positive experiences that teaches mothers how powerful they really are.

Professional birth support in Spanish Fork, Utah
Birth Doula
3 prenatal visits that include birth education, preparation, and planning. Text-messaging support throughout your pregnancy, so you can reach out to me with questions or to chat about your pregnancy/birth anytime. 24/7 on-call support as your birth approaches, because babies come at all hours. Back up doula available in case of emergency/illness, so you never have to worry that something will prevent you from getting the support you need. In-person support through labor and delivery, to help you navigate challenges and choices that may come up during labor, to be a witness to your experience, and to make your labor experience more comfortable. 1 Postpartum visit to process your birth experience and check in on your current needs
