Empowered After Birth

Empowered After Birth was created to offer real, grounded support for the postpartum period. I believe families deserve practical help, informed guidance, and calm, steady care during a time that can feel both joyful and overwhelming.

I support parents with feeding education, newborn care guidance, emotional support, light movement for recovery, and hands-on help in the home so mothers can rest, heal, and adjust with confidence.

My own postpartum experience showed me how quickly the focus shifts to the baby while the mother is left to figure things out alone. That experience is what led me to this work.

I am a postpartum doula currently training in lactation education. With a background in health education and corrective-exercise personal training, I support postpartum recovery in a way that is evidence-based, realistic, and judgment-free.

My mission is simple: care should not end at birth.
