About Elsa Martineau Yoga Doula
Dear Family, I am a full spectrum yoga doula , supporting family from pre conception, pregnancy, birth to postpartum, grief and death. I support inclusion and diverse family. My job as birthkeeper is to support sovereignty with care, warmth and consciousness for the transformation during the ryth of passage childbirth and parenthood. My role is to facilitate a space for parents and parent to be to birth their family project. I have 10 years experiences in the birthing world in France. I am a certified yoga doula, DONA certified birth doula, postpartum certified Innate Tradition and Postpartum Support Network. I am part of the European Doula Association. As a professionnal i believe in regular inner work therefore i am attending regularly workshop with peers to refresh and maintain my practice up to date. I am big believer into integrative practice of midwife, OB, doula, lactation consultant, nurse around families.
