Hey love! I’m Patricia, a postpartum doula / mother helper here to be your extra set of hands, heart, and hugs daytime or overnight. I help with newborn care, other kiddos, light housework, and keeping your home organized, so you can just breathe and enjoy these first precious moments.

I also share content on @deardigitalamiga to help mommies find themselves again while I’m on my own journey because we all deserve a little “me time” and a reminder that we’re not alone. I especially love supporting parents of little ones with special needs and military families, helping everyone feel seen, held, and supported.
