Birthing From Within Childbirth Preparation: Most modern childbirth preparation classes focus on facts and information. In our sessions together, we go beyond what you can find online and help you turn inward to better understand your own motivation, values and wisdom. This is for you if: 1) You’re in your third trimester. 2) You’ve done some reading/learning on your own and you’re still feeling nervous or unsatisfied with what you've learned. 3) You’re scared of labor contractions. 4) You are planning an unmedicated birth, want to labor at home as long as possible, or simply want more tools to cope with contractions/discomfort in labor whatever your birth plan may be. 5) Your partner and/or support person is worried about their ability to help you during labor and birth. 6) You suspect there’s more to childbirth prep than just memorizing facts and information, and/or are worried about your ability to recall information in labor. 7) You worry that your voice and values won’t be heard or supported. 8) You want to be “flexible,” but also prepared.
