My core service is where traditional postpartum doula care meets early childhood education. During our sessions, I don't just help you care for your baby. I help you to understand the incredible development happening in every interaction. Your sessions will include: 1. Hands-on support with feeding, soothing, and newborn care routines. 2. Brain-building Narrations: I'll explain the "why" behind your baby's behaviors and how your responsive care is building their brain. 3. Milestone Insight: You'll learn to recognize and support emerging skills, as well as turn everyday moments into learning opportunities. 4. Personalized Play Set-up: I'll help you create a developmentally appropriate play space using items you already have at home. 5. Resources and Referrals: You'll gain access to my curated list of local Chicagoland providers and vetted developmental toys.

Move beyond wondering "what happens next?" during your journey of becoming an expert in your baby's developmental path. This package will take a deep dive into the four key domains of early learning. This package will include (4) 90-minute sessions focused on: 1. Sensory Systems: You'll learn how to create a taste-safe sensory bin and introduce sounds or textures to build neural connections. 2. Motor Skills: You'll master activities that encourage your baby to roll, sit, and pre-crawl with confidence. 3. Communication and Language: You'll learn to read cues, introduce baby signs, and build early literacy through books and songs. 4. Social-Emotional Growth: You'll foster secure attachment strategies through peek-a-boo, mirror play, and responsive interactions. In addition to the following, you will obtain a customized "play plan" with activity ideas for between our sessions and a curated resource list of toys, books, and local spots in the Chicagoland area aligned with your baby's developmental stage.
