I am a certified Postpartum Doula and specialize in overnights. I strive to be a strong and nurturing energy overnight to support newborns and parents, encouraging rest during this beautifully challenging time. I am an advocate for mental health and deeply believes that additional assistance during the newborn and infant phase, whether provided through family or a doula, is a huge part of maintaining a healthy mental state for parents.
