Helping parents calm babies and build confident connection through infant massage. I support all new parents, but especially those who feel disconnected after birth. I teach how nurturing touch is used for building healthy systems and regulation: helping babies with sleep, gas, colic. Infant massage isn’t a luxury - the benefits are evidence-based and all babies deserve it. What sets me apart from some other wellness professionals is that I model all the infant massage strokes on a doll, and parents use my model and coaching to massage their own baby. In - home lessons available in Chicagoland, and remote video lessons available anywhere. Baby-driven, parent centered, individualized or small groups will benefit from learning infant massage.
