At Built to Birth Wellness Co., I am passionate about supporting women through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and overall wellness. My goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based, and holistic support that helps mothers feel empowered, confident, and cared for throughout their journey. I offer doula services, fitness and movement at all levels, including strength training for pregnancy and postpartum, prenatal birth prep yoga sessions, nutrition education and reiki healing.
