Born to Birth LLC

Childbirth Education: Born Ready: Physiological Birth Class ft. Prepared for Birth Comprehensive, & evidence based. This class is offered in both group and private 1:1 setting. Please use the contact page to inquire about upcoming classes! Each client family will receive a pre-recorded Breastfeeding Class with an IBCLC to watch in the comforts of your own home, at your own pace. This class also includes hands on labor prep, 10 Pre-Recorded Mindful Meditations for labor prep & birth, and comprehensive education so that you may make informed decisions tailored to your family's wishes/beliefs.

Birth Doula Support: As a birth doula, my mission is to support you through an empowering birthing experience. I believe in honoring the body's innate ability to give birth, providing you with the knowledge and encouragement needed to trust your instincts. My approach integrates emotional support, physical comfort techniques, and holistic practices to create a nurturing environment. Together, we will work to ensure that your birth experience aligns with your values and desires, promoting a sense of empowerment and connection during this beautiful journey.
