Birth Confidence

Hi! I’m Jenny and I am a birth and postpartum doula serving the Nashville and surrounding areas. First and foremost, I am a mother to four sweet girls of my own. Before training to become a doula, I was an early childhood teacher. I have a degree in early childhood education and a master’s in special education. After spending years working closely with the families of young children, I decided to follow a dream of mine to help young families in a new way. I started Birth Confidence Doula Services as a way to support women through each phase of their journey into motherhood. I am passionate about all things birth, and I believe that every woman has the power within to have the birth experience that they desire. My goal is to educate clients during pregnancy, help them to feel confident during labor and birth, and support them during the precious postpartum time with their baby.
