At Birth & Beyond, I provide nurturing, evidence-based support for families from pregnancy through the early postpartum months. My approach is grounded in compassion, education, and advocacy — creating a calm, judgment-free space where every parent feels seen, heard, and empowered.

As a certified birth doula, postpartum doula, and lactation counselor, I’m here to help you feel confident and cared for through every stage of your journey. Whether you’re planning a low-intervention birth, scheduling an induction, preparing for a VBAC, or simply wanting reassurance and guidance, my role is to bring knowledge, grounding, and unwavering support to your experience.

I’ve had a baby in my teens, twenties, and thirties, and I bring that lived experience — along with years of professional training — to the work I do with every family. I proudly serve families across Northern Colorado and am a Medicaid-approved provider.
