Birth Alchemy Doula

Hello from Birth Alchemy! I’m a Certified Doula, Yoga Teacher with a focus on women’s and pelvic health, and a certified Love/Sexologist. My work is rooted in the belief that birth is a sacred, transformational rite of passage—and that every birthing person deserves to feel seen, supported, and honored in their power.

I offer holistic, hands-on support throughout pregnancy, labor, and postpartum, blending evidence-based care with mindful movement and a deep respect for the emotional and sensual layers of birth. I also integrate pelvic floor awareness, breathwork, and embodiment practices to help clients feel safe, empowered, and connected to their bodies throughout their journey.
