This Comprehensive Childbirth Education Course, taught privately in your home by Natalie, is approximately 4 hours long. The class covers preparing your mind and body for birth, comfort measures for labor, newborn basics, birth choices, and preparation for your birth setting. Additionally, at no extra cost, you can choose to learn about Biblical perspectives on birth, breastfeeding, and postpartum care. A childbirth education booklet is also included for you to keep.

Natalie is proud to be a Certified Body Ready Method® Pro practicing in the Jacksonville area! With her unique skillset, she optimally prepares and trains your body for pregnancy, birth, and beyond. This personalized assessment helps increase mobility for a more comfortable pregnancy, easier and more efficient birth, and faster postpartum recovery. After a one-hour home assessment, Natalie will assign personalized tools and exercises to be completed 3-7 times a week.
