Becca's Perinatal Services

Hi! I am a perinatal doula providing both birth support and postpartum support. As a birth doula, I believe in the body's innate ability to birth. I love teaching clients about physiological birth so they can have a birth experience that not only honors their own desires and values, but also honors the physiological birth process. My work as a postpartum doula is focused around nurturing the unique needs of the families I work with. I am there to empower, teach, support, hold space. I am also a pediatric sleep consultant! This is a skill that I love implementing into my postpartum care. I find that guiding my clients in getting their babies sleeping well helps the entire family thrive. I want that for all the families I work with! Families can also hire me solely as a sleep consultant to help them get their infants or toddlers sleeping better. These services are virtual.

In all of my work, I value knowledge and experience. This career is a journey of continuous learning, both from other experts in the field and from the experiences that I gain from working with clients. I also deeply value trust. I trust that my clients know what is best for them and that I am there to foster and support the trust they have in themselves and to support them in advocating for what is best for them.
