I am a Newborn Care Specialist, Sleep Consultant, and DONA International Certified Postpartum Doula. I am honored to be part of a new family’s journey, helping them embrace the special season of parenthood with comfort, connection, and reassurance. My goal is always to create a safe, supportive environment where both parents and baby feel empowered and cared for.

With a deep understanding of newborn care, maternal recovery, and family dynamics, I tailor my approach to meet each family’s unique needs. Whether I’m offering hands-on help, emotional encouragement, or evidence-based resources, I strive to support families in ways that help them thrive. Creating a postpartum plan that prioritizes your healing and well-being, including rest, nutrition, and moments for self-care. Each visit may look a little different, but here are some of the ways I can assist you during this precious time: -Meal preparation -grocery runs -Providing you the chance to nap or shower (or both) while I care for your baby -Baby laundry -Parental wellness check-ins -Baby care and hygiene -Sharing educational resources -Helping establish healthy baby routines -Belly Binding (supplies not included)
