At Baby Bug Doula YXE, I am dedicated to supporting growing families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum transition. As a trained birth and postpartum doula, I provide evidence-based information, emotional support, practical guidance, and continuous care tailored to each family’s unique needs and goals. I believe every family deserves to feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their birth experience.

My services include prenatal education, birth planning support, labor and birth support, cesarean birth support, postpartum guidance, infant feeding support, newborn care education, and resources to help families adjust to life with a new baby. I also offer infant massage education to help parents build confidence and connection with their babies.
