Hi, I’m Ashley Rose. I walk alongside families through the full spectrum of pregnancy, birth, loss, and postpartum—offering compassionate support, guidance, and space to heal.

My own journey through pregnancy loss and complicated pregnancies showed me the profound importance of the right support. I understand the anxiety, grief, and uncertainty that can come with pregnancy after loss, unexpected birth outcomes, and the challenges of postpartum and parenting after loss.

As a Coach, I provide a safe space to honor emotions, navigate grief, and rediscover joy. As a Doula, I offer grounded, nurturing care—supporting emotional, physical, and practical needs. And as a Mom of two, I bring lived experience of the full, messy, beautiful journey of parenthood.
