I am a Bradley Method® Childbirth Educator based in Utah, offering classes for couples who want to feel informed, prepared, and supported as they approach birth.

My focus is on helping parents understand how the body works in labor, how to use relaxation techniques effectively, and how partners can actively support the birth process.

I believe birth works best when families feel educated rather than fearful. My classes are designed to replace uncertainty with confidence through practical tools and hands-on partner coaching.

I offer both in-person and virtual class options to fit different schedules and needs.
