Hi, I'm Rachael, a Certified Bradley Method Natural Childbirth Instructor and Doula.

I offer 12-week courses focusing on exercise, nutrition, relaxation, self-advocation, labor rehearsal, building your birth plan, emergencies, breastfeeding, and more! We learn about the stages of labor, what to expect in each stage (emotionally, physically, and mentally), as well as what your body is doing in each stage.

Classes are live once a week via Zoom and last 2 hours. There are between 1 and 4 couples per class. We learn in a variety of ways but mostly through brief lecture periods, visual aids, class discussion, demonstrations, and games.

The earlier you start classes, the more time you have to turn relaxation, exercise, and nutrition into good habits that become second nature throughout pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. It is recommended to begin classes between 12 and 20 weeks of your pregnancy.
