Hello Parents!

I’m Melissa, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant based in Torrance, CA serving the South Bay and surrounding areas. My passion is in supporting and providing education to families on infant feeding prenatally, after birth and the months that follow, through starting solids and weaning.

As a first generation Chinese-American and parent who struggled physically and emotionally with breastfeeding, I understand the importance of unbiased support as you navigate feeding challenges and the transition into parenthood. Breast/chestfeeding may be a “natural” way to feed your baby, but may not always be intuitive and doesn’t always happen naturally for many parents. I aim to offer both practical and emotional support, delivering comprehensive, evidence-based information to help achieve your breast/chestfeeding goals and find joy in your own unique experience.
