At Homecoming Therapies, I help new and expectant parents feel more at home in their bodies during the profound transitions of pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, I offer somatic therapy in an affirming, trauma-informed space, supporting people in navigating identity shifts, nervous system regulation, and relational complexity. My practice is rooted in play, wonder, and belonging, offering individual therapy, relationship therapy, and group support for parents exploring matrescence, attachment, and postpartum recovery. I accept BCBS PPO, Aetna PPO, and private pay.
