I’m a Board Certified Lactation Consultant offering in-home and office visits to support families in reaching their feeding goals. I specialize in infant feeding function, often called tongue ties, and take an intentional, holistic approach. Not all ties need to be released, and there are ways to support both parent and baby if a release is part of the plan. I’m passionate about maternal mental health and creating compassionate, realistic feeding plans that evolve as babies grow. Whether families are breastfeeding, bottle feeding, pumping, or formula feeding, I offer nonjudgmental support for all feeding choices. My goal is to help parents feel confident, informed, and connected as they navigate their baby’s feeding journey. I look forward to meeting you and your little one.
