About Wild Wandering: Yoga for Motherhood
Yoga for Motherhood offers classes for pregnant women, new moms in postpartum, and beyond. Kirsten Wild is a lifelong yogi and a 500-hour registered yoga teacher certified in prenatal and postnatal yoga. She has always had a passion for making yoga accessible for every body and has a newfound love for prenatal yoga after it helped her stay active during her own pregnancy and remain virtually pain-free during the entire third trimester. Beyond the physical benefits of yoga, she believes in its healing power for the mind, heart, and spirit. Kirsten is committed to offering a prenatal class based on current evidence for safety while providing a supportive space to learn, move your body, and connect with your own unique pregnancy experience.
