Transitions: Birth Services for Every Body is a welcoming, inclusive community midwifery practice in Milwaukee, WI, providing community birth care for your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum period. Lucky Tomaszek, LM, CPM, has spent more than 25 years as a birthworker and more than 15 years as a sexuality educator. For the last two and a half decades, Lucky has focused on providing excellent care and accurate education to the communities she works with.

Transitions Birth Services provides consent-based care throughout the childbearing year to families who are planning to give birth at home, or at their charming and cozy birth suite in the Riverwest neighborhood of Milwaukee. We are always willing to consider transfers of care, up to 36 weeks, for low risk people who have received prenatal care from another provider.
