Gentle Nest – Postpartum & Newborn Care

I am a trained postpartum doula dedicated to supporting families during the early weeks after birth with calm, compassionate, and evidence-based care.

Through Gentle Nest, I offer hands-on newborn care, emotional and practical postpartum support, and guidance to help parents feel confident, rested, and supported during this transition.

My approach is family-centered and non-judgmental. I respect each family’s values, routines, and choices, and I adapt my support to fit their real daily life.

Services may include newborn care, overnight support, infant feeding support (breast, bottle, or combination), emotional support for parents, light baby-related household help, and education to help families feel more confident and grounded.

I believe the postpartum period deserves care, gentleness, and presence — and my goal is to help families feel held, supported, and never alone during this season.
