I am so happy you are here! My name is Laurynn. I am a birthkeeper and student midwife serving families in Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas who choose to birth at home or a birth center. I offer antenatal support through various services including birth & sibling doula, lactation support, and placenta encapsulation. I am happily married to my other half, Colin, and have a daughter, Olive, born at Natural Beginnings in 2023 as well as a son, Finn, born at home September of 2024. The birth of my daughter and son have opened doors in my soul that I didn’t know existed, and in response, I have developed an extreme passion for helping women and their families feel empowered, safe, and nurtured during birth. I have since pursued continuing education in doula services and midwifery.

No matter your goals, my priority is to have you leaving your birthing experience feeling powerful, happy, accomplished, and that you had a voice that was both heard and respected by your provider.
