Passionately empowering, educating, and supporting families with their new little one(s) during the postpartum period. I personally specialize in child development, sibling integration (mom's with 2 under 2, I'm lookin' at you! hehe), Postpartum Depression/ Postpartum Anxiety, and a plethora of other topics. I've worked in behavioral health since 2019, while I continued to get my Masters degree in Psychology w/ emphasis in Child Development. Since early 2023 I have been serving various families in the Portland / Vancouver area with their newborns and am so thrilled to continue this journey with any parent(s)! My goal as a postpartum doula is to help give affirmation, assistance, and ascend your family with this new journey in any way I can. Whether it be physical, mental, or emotional help, I’m happy to be there and aid this safe space throughout the beginning stages of this new adventure!
