As a local Catholic birth doula, I am dedicated to empowering and supporting you during your birth journey. As a mother of four—one girl and three boys—I know the joys and challenges of motherhood.

I have personal experience with different birthing options: a medicated hospital birth, a home birth, and two births at a local birth center. My goal is to help every mother feel supported and fulfilled during her birth experience.

I have knowledge of homeopathy and herbal tinctures, which I can use during labor and after birth. I also have some experience in craniosacral therapy, which I use to help friends and family. Together, we can create a positive and empowering birth experience that meets your needs.
